Challenge of the Coming Revolution, and How to Meet it Every Day

“Let us open this morning and sing to Mighty Victory‑-it is a decree song‑-as we welcome the hosts of light to this focus: 0.04. In the name of the Christ we invoke the legions of Mighty Victory. In the name of the Christ we invoke the light from out the Great Central Sun. We invoke the victory of our beloved Jesus and Mary, the victory of our own beloved causal bodies of light, and the victory of the threefold flame within our hearts. We invoke the mighty light of Victory; let it manifest here in the power, the wisdom and the love of the consciousness of Almighty God.

There’s plenty of room down in front. You can come down front, any one; anyone that would like to sit cross-legged, and we can bring in some chairs. Together. [Group sang 0.04] Come in please. [Spoken during song]

Thank you. We’ll ask you to keep coming in. Ushers, please bring chairs. Please be sure and fill all the seats that are empty in the audience, and as we are standing we will give the Six Mighty Cosmic Light Calls, number 5.00. Everyone is in here to decree, not to observe. If you do not have a book, we’ll be happy to get you one. Will you raise your hand if you don’t have a book or you can’t see a book?

Now I’m using the regular large book, so I don’t know the pages, but if you have‑-are there people that only have this book with them?‑-well, they’re in chronological order, and so 5.00 happens to be on page 15 of this book. Now as we are standing, let us give the Six Mighty Cosmic Light Calls. And can we please open these doors here so that people in the hall can also participate? Together. Thank you; won’t you be seated? Now, if any people want to sit cross-legged on the state, you’re welcome to do that also. How many of you have not attended a conference before? You’re going to swim! [Laughter] You start right over on the edge and let them work their way in. Thank you.

I will speak to all of you who have come for the first time and tell you that we have held many, many conferences, seminars, lectures and tours around the country and abroad, and we have found that As Keepers of the Flame we are not able to accomplish the real action of the light for the masters when we have to begin our conferences with explanations as to what is happening and how to decree. So we trust that your confidence in the ascended masters and in the science of the spoken word and in what we are about will enable you to realize that we have a momentum and an understanding of dealing with these conditions, and that we must pursue this.

And so, we have come together to learn how not to give the simple decrees but to give the action decrees that are for the clearing of the way, for the establishment of none less than the kingdom of God upon earth.

Now, those who are in the hall, there really is more space here. There’s space down the aisles on both sides, and if you would like to be in here, we’re happy to have you cross-legged on the platform also, so that you can be in the room.

Suppose you have figured out that we are still putting together the finishing touches on the auditorium, which will seat us all comfortably and we will get into the auditorium as soon as I have the word that it is ready. Principally, we have been installing an air conditioning for the entire auditorium, which is no small undertaking, and this work is being completed today.

Now, some of you have had decrees passed out to you, which I want to collect. Please, would you pass them to the aisles? They should not have been given out this morning, and I will ask to have given to you the decrees that we’re going to work with. Please give them back because some of them have been incorrectly printed. They were printed and distributed without my seeing them.

Now, there is one decree that I want you to have, first of all, and that is the preamble, which is a blue type, the preamble to the Archangel Michael call. If that has been given out to you, please keep it. If it hasn’t, ushers, please pass it out at this time. Has it been passed out yet? [Answer: Yes] So you all have this Archangel Michael preamble? [Some answered no] All right. I’d like to have at least fifteen people passing these out so that when I call for each separate decree they can go out quickly. Now, there are empty seats. Are you saving that seat? Will someone come and take this seat, please? Oh, you are saving it? [Answer inaudible] Okay, let’s have someone take that seat, please, and if there’s an empty seat near you, raise your hand.

If you can move back, we can have another whole row of seats. Now, while we’re passing out this decree, I want to keep the action going of Lord Michael and I would like to call your attention to the decree 6.05; it’s called Traveling Protection. Now we can bring in another row of chairs, ushers, and then we can have them here. Thank you.

6.05 is a decree you must know and it is to set the coordinates of an energy field for Archangel Michael, for the Will of God, for the blue flame. It is a simple call and I want to give it now and I want you to give it with me with intense determination. Don’t repeat words, but put determination‑-God-determination‑-out through your heart as the action of the sacred fire. [Decree was given two times]
Now, let’s have everyone giving this‑-in your regular decree book, 6.05. I don’t want to see anyone in this room this morning sitting and watching me or watching anyone else. We are in a laboratory of the Holy Spirit; we are experimenting with the sacred fire. Now, if you can’t find the decree, ask your neighbor, but this is a decree you must memorize, so let’s begin memorizing right now because this is what you need to have wherever you go through the day.

It’s an action of the sacred fire; it clears the way before you; it invokes Archangel Michael. He goes before you, he takes his sword of blue flame, he cuts you free, he clears the way from every form of danger to your four lower bodies‑-whether it be pollution, toxins, poisons, setbacks of a financial nature, all types of insidious energies that are sent to thwart the divine plan. This decree and this action will clear your way.

So this is something that you carry in your hip pocket and you’re ready right then. You can give it in the shower, give it when you get out of bed, but don’t let your energy field be encroached upon. So, together: [Group gave 6.05 four times]

Now, you all have these two sheets of inserts? This goes with your Archangel Michael decree, which is the first blue decree, number 10.00. This preamble is very important because it is the defense of the body of God in the planes of matter‑-all souls of light.

We, as Keepers of the Flame, take the responsibility to invoke the energies for the protection and the perfection and the will of God of all children of God and all sons and daughters of God everywhere on the planetary body; and it is for them that we keep the flame. We keep the flame for the souls of light; we call for their protection, that they be not turned out of the way by the fallen ones, their philosophies, their politics, their economics and their false teachings in religion and in education.

It is the defense of the mind and the consciousness of the children of God that we are about. Lord Maitreya tells us that we have the power of ten thousand times ten thousand‑-one hundred million‑-each time you give a decree. This action of this call going forth from your community, your city, daily, can make the difference as to whether or not a soul of light will commit suicide or will remain in this octave; will come into the teachings or will go the way of witchcraft and black magic and Satanism, and go the way of many false teachers.

And so, first and foremost we must call for protection. Jesus called for protection; He called for it in the hour of His crucifixion, when He gave that wonderful prayer, which we have included in our Mystery of Surrender. He said, “I pray not for those that are in the world, but I pray for the ones that are of God.” He prayed for the children of God, not that they be taken out of the world, but that they be protected from the evil one. Jesus was very concerned that the children of God have protection. Without protection there is insanity, there is schizophrenia, there is a weakening of the body‑-all sorts of manifestations of the densification of darkness in this hour.

So, protection is first and foremost the foundation of our pyramid. Archangel Michael is the Defender of the Faith; he comes forth in this age. You can read about him in the twelfth chapter of the Book of Revelation, when he comes to defend the Woman and her Seed.

Now, sometimes people weary of making their calls to Archangel Michael, and sometimes they wonder why they are having problems, or why things aren’t happening, or why people who get the teachings depart from the teachings, why they don’t come to services, why you aren’t building your teaching center, why you aren’t building a dynamic momentum, why you aren’t checking the forces of darkness in the city government or in the local school system or in the local churches. It is because we need Archangel Michael.

Now, the call number 10.00. A couple of years ago when I saw such distress and such opposition to the coming to the fore of the teachings of the masters in America, I began giving that call forty times, and I would give it just before going to bed. And I saw Archangel Michael and I saw him come, and I saw his legions; and I realized that it was as though their hands were tied with cuff links because they had not been given the energy and the calls by people on earth to enter in. And I saw in the night hours, while people sleep, the darkness of the astral plane that is superimposed upon the people; and that prevents them from fulfilling their divine plan, from leaving their body temples and going into the retreats of the Brotherhood.

This is something that is a very important part of the evolution of mankind. Unless people are taken from their bodies, unless their souls go forth in their etheric envelop to the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood at night, they are making no forward progress in the understanding of why they are here, or the law of life. And yet, unless we call for their protection, they cannot get themselves free from their bodies to journey to the retreats of the masters; or if they leave their bodies they go into the astral plane, they have psychic experiences, they get all tied up with false hierarchy members, and all kinds of dream sequences that are just simply nightmares upon nightmares upon nightmares. And so, people wake up in the morning, they wake up tired, they wake up in frenzy, and they are not waking up rejuvenated by having made contact with the masters.

Now, upon the ascension of our beloved Lanello, the masters announced that the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood are open. This is an age, a period of time, when many among mankind can receive training they have not received in thousands and thousands of years. So as I would meditate before retiring, I would see Archangel Michael and legions and legions of light coming forth to do their work in the night hours, while the people sleep‑-and yet not having the calls.

So I made a commitment to Archangel Michael to give that decree forty times daily. It was so effective, it turned the tide of opposition against our movement, it resolved all kinds of manifestations of persecution; and so as I was giving these calls at night, I would keep on giving invocations with the calls. And I finally decided I would write down these invocations, and that resulted in the preamble of pages 1, 2 and 3, which you have just given.

Now, this is a sample of an invocation, which I felt was very urgent, which I could see was needed. You, in your own life and in your own community, with your own families, will be aware of other things, problems with your children, everything under the sun‑-from rebellion, to bed-wetting, to chronic colds, to a learning problem‑-whatever it may be, you can put it into this preamble. There is a blank page after page 3 for you to type or write your very special insert for loved ones, for people who are sick, for people in hospitals, for people who are possessed.

Whatever the problem is, you don’t have to figure out whether or not the person needs the violet flame or the green ray or Astreas; whatever the problem is, the first one that people need is Archangel Michael, because Archangel Michael takes his sword of blue flame and cuts us free from forcefield, from discarnates, from consciousnesses that are not of the light.

This is Archangel Michael’s quarter at Summit University and we are most happy to be able to begin our service in the City Foursquare with the light of Archangel Michael. I’ll be telling you many things throughout this conference concerning the need for Archangel Michael, but I would like to tell you that if you don’t make the call, you don’t get the answer‑-and you must be specific in your calls.

So I’m going to give this preamble with you now. We’ll give it slowly. I’d like everyone to pronounce it. Is there anyone that does not have a copy of it? Can you see a copy? Good. Okay, be sure you get one before you leave. Now, first of all, let us close our eyes and make contact with our heart flame. Go into your heart, visualize the white light, visualize the threefold flame‑-love, wisdom and power‑-and know that it is by the authority of the Word and of the Christ consciousness that we decree; that this is not a vain repetition of words, but this is the real action of alchemy whereby the saints overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their testimony.

Decrees are the Word of our testimony; they are our contact. Now we go from the point of light within the heart to the point of light within the Christ mind, the Holy Christ Self, and to the point of light within the heart of God, the I AM THAT I AM. Let us make the fiat now where we stand, I AM THAT I AM. Together: [Group gave fiat I AM THAT I AM 3X]

Now, by the authority of the spoken word, by the authority of the Word that was made flesh and dwelt among us, by the authority of the I AM Presence, we decree knowing that God is speaking the Word through us, that God is the decree, God is the fulfillment of the decree‑-God is the decreer within us. Together: [Group gave long preamble to 10.00, gave decree 7x and closed with “And in full faith . . .]
Now, we started out at a good, healthy tempo, and then we increased it to a clip that you wouldn’t be able to participate in unless you have been giving that decree for some time. You should never be discouraged about the tempo of decrees that you find in concentrated focus of chelas who have been giving the decrees thousands and thousands and thousands of times. You have to realize that that momentum increases as the substance in the four lower bodies is transmuted; and surely you must realize that frequency and vibration is a matter of acceleration of consciousness and that when you accelerate your consciousness, you can speak faster, think faster, move faster, and get more accomplished in a given twenty-four hour period.

So it would take you anywhere from let’s say fifteen to twenty minutes to give forty Archangel Michaels at top speed; and some of you may take double that time. If it takes you double that time or triple that time, don’t be discouraged. Give fewer decrees; give three, give nine, give twelve, give fourteen. Take off, bite off just as much as you can chew and not any more; and don’t feel that because we here‑-who have been doing it for so long‑-give more that you’ll be discouraged and not try at all because it’s too much; and you know how it is when you take a goal that’s too great.

Now, that’s that decree. It’s very, very important and I trust you will take it to your heart and realize that it is the protection from unseen forces that is most needed by all of us. And some of the things that are listed here are known to you, some are not‑-such as “aggressive mental suggestion.” This is the pounding of the mind in the night or in the wee hours of the morning with types of aggressive energy such as hatred, such as the revolving of an incident you may have had with a person two or three days ago or a year ago; and it keeps on playing over and over again like a movie that keeps on going over or a broken record. And it won’t stop and it won’t stop, and it builds up a certain resentment and anger, and pretty soon you’re all worked up about this individual and this situation.

That’s just unseen forces, discarnates, fallen ones‑-like the proverbial picture of the little demons coming with their pitchforks at your mind. They are putting upon you an intense energy to make you angry, make you explode, make you become divided with your family‑-your husband, your wife, your children, your friends on the path.

That’s what aggressive mental suggestion is. Everyone is subject to it, but few people identify it. Most people think that because of its intensity, it is either their own minds or it is an ascended master appearing to them and giving them a message that someone is hating them, or someone is doing this and someone doing that. So it’s just a question of inexperience; and when we come to the masters and we come around chelas who have been using the decrees of the light for some time, we find that there is an explanation. There’s an explanation for many manifestations in our life that are put upon us as though they were the will of God, but they are really very aggressive energies that need to be put into the flame.

The moment you call to Archangel Michael, he stands at your side, he wields his sword of blue flame, and he clears these demons of the mind. The other four things named are “malicious, ignorant, sympathetic and delicious animal magnetism.” These apply to your four lower bodies. Malice is a misuse of fire, the etheric body. Ignorance is the density that accumulates in the mental belt as mental laziness, sloth, or failure to use the full capacity of our Christ mind‑-everything that perverts the flow of wisdom. Sympathetic animal magnetism is the sympathy of the emotional body, where we’re always sympathizing with the human consciousness; and instead of having compassion of the Christ to elevate it, we sympathize with it, we agree with it, we go down to its level, we are sucked in by it; and we find ourselves at the lowest common denominator of the mass consciousness. Delicious animal magnetism are all the indulgences of the physical body, all of the attention to the physical body that takes us from the pursuit of the path‑-everything from overeating to the taking of drugs, to alcohol, alcoholism, to smoking, to over-indulgence or perverted uses of sex, and so forth. We call them animal magnetism because they bring us down to the carnal nature or the animal nature, and instead of using our four vehicles for the Christ consciousness; we are using our four lower bodies for the expression of the lower, untransmuted nature of the carnal mind.

Archangel Michael leaps into action, takes his sword of blue flame and helps us to clear each of the four lower bodies‑-and each of the four lower bodies is an entirely different plane of consciousness, which we inhabit with our souls. And our effectiveness in these four lower bodies is based on how clear they are, how cut free they are, how transmuted they are. So all of this Archangel Michael and his legions are experts at; and when they come in to take command, they really take command.

Now, this is a workshop on how to face the coming revolution, and we have a revolution in our hands‑-and it is a revolution of light‑-it is the reversing of the tide of the entire course of civilization and its downward spiral. We must not consider that this is anything to be taken lightly. We must understand that when we tackle the entire established way of life, which is the cult of death, the cult of success and the cult of sex, these cults that we have going in this world where all the media and all the entertainment and all the music is pushing us into the will to die, the death wish.

When we decide to reverse that, we are tackling the most fundamental and basic forms of planetary energies, and when we take our stand with God to do this, we must have Archangel Michael. We must have other calls and other specifics, so I’d like to give you a Summit University clearance now, which will be passed out, 4.73. This is a very good action of releasing light. May we have that passed out quickly? [Pause]

Now, the thing about being a practicing disciple of Christ‑-for discipleship in the new age‑-you have to be a practitioner of the science of Christ. What you need to realize is that at every moment of the day or night, twenty-four hours of the day, you have the action of the science of the spoken Word to meet every emergency and every crisis. You can be beset with every type of problem and condition, but if you will release the power of the Word, the Word as the Logos and the Word as the Christ within, you will always meet the need of the hour. It never fails! Absolutely never fails! But if you fail to open your mouth and give the fiats of light, there may be a delayed action. There may be a moment when emergency and crisis come upon you and alter you day, alter your energies. This cannot be, it must not be, we must not allow it.

Now, the first little decree we gave this morning of Lord Michael, is something you can just burst into in the middle of a crisis. The next one, “Light Expand!” is a simple little fiat, “Light expand, light expand, light expand, expand, expand; Light I AM, Light I AM, Light I AM, I AM, I AM.” Now, while you are giving this, you are visualizing the white light within your heart push out. You can feel pains in your heart, you can feel a chest condition, you can start getting a violent headache, you can feel turmoil in your solar plexus. You’re not sick, you’re experiencing opposition to your seven chakras.

What’s happening is, there is more energy coming upon you and pressing down upon you than you are pushing out. So you curl up, almost like a fetus in a womb; you curl up inside of yourself, you go into this white fire core and you get ready to push out, and you garner a real intense action of spirit. And so, into your heart you go and you say, “Light expand, Light expand, Light expand, expand, expand; Light I AM, Light I AM, Light I AM, I AM, I AM” [Given 6x with group joining in]

Now, what did I do? I curled up inside of my white fire core, I got the intensity of the white fire concentrated, and then I began to press out; and it’s just like pressing until you are completely unfolded and you’re going from the involuted position to the evoluted position.

You know, when there’s a storm at sea, you take down the sails, everybody goes inside because a storm is too great, and many times you will experience tirades of energy and opposition that is so great that you just have to be concentrated inside‑-and you may do what I did for long periods of time. I mean, you may sit there and you may do decrees just in your own little white fire core; and then you start feeling it build up and you feel that the action of the light within you now is at such an intensity that it can begin to press out, and it will consume on contact and reverse the spirals of darkness that are upon you.

This is a very important process; and the sign always is the beginning of the changing of body functions and vital signs‑-a drop in blood sugar, a drop in your blood pressure, or the raising of your blood pressure; sudden fatigue, a feeling of nausea, a feeling of faintness. All these things can be signs that, in the battle of Armageddon, the forces of darkness are on the march and you need instantaneous contact. You can’t wait ten minutes; you can’t wait fifteen minutes; you can’t wait an hour; you can’t wait until the next decree session. You have to instantly break forth with a fiat of the science of the spoken word.

Now, let’s say you’ve given the “Light expand!” decree and you decide you want some real blazing action; so you say: “I’ll take out my Summit University Clearance.” Do you all have it now? [Response: “No”] What are you doing, people? [Response not clear] Did some of you keep them when we asked you to turn back everything we passed out? They would be among those. It’s 4.73, Summit University Clearance. How many people don’t have it? All these people don’t have it. If you have extra ones, please pass them around. It’s very important that we give this in unison this morning. [Pause] Keep your hands raised.

At this point I’m most concerned with those of you who can’t see the decree. Do you have any more copies? [Pause] Another way to bring forces in your body and in your environment into balance is to just chant the AUM.

While your hands remain raised, please let’s chant the AUM. Go right into your heart, join your thumb with your middle finger‑-it’s the sealing of your energies in your body, the joining of the two. Now, center yourself in your heart, feel your energy action and God center there. It’s very important to get centered where you are; to know where you are in God, in your body.

The basic cause of mental disease is that people don’t know where they are in their bodies or in their feelings or in their mind. They’re somewhere on the other side of the earth; they’re not together. So get your base, get your identity, get your point of contact‑-always go within. From that point within the heart and just below the heart, that center of identity, let us say AUM: [AUM was given 3x]

Peace in the flame of Buddha! [Given 3x] Now, slowly bring your hands together and clasp them to your heart. Let us beware and eliminate from our lives entirely all jagged hand movements. Your hands are the focus of the five secret rays. They must always be used gently and slowly because they are releasing energy at all times; and you can be putting out jagged, discordant movements that result in jagged patterns in your life.

Now we’ll have only the people who need the decree raise your hands. I would like to know if we have them or if we don’t have them so that we can get on. Do you have any more, Laura Lea? Okay, could some people who have them give a few over here where there’s a whole section who can’t see them? Maybe you could pass one back. We’ll see that there are enough for everyone by the end of the conference.

Now, this is one of those decrees . . . this is a decree that I gave at Summit University quite some time ago‑-just about a year ago‑-and it’s an action of the release of light from my heart to counteract a specific condition that happened to be manifesting. It’s very powerful; it gives you immediate relief‑-and don’t fail to do this, especially when people in your family are starting to experience symptoms of coming down with something: a sore throat, a chest condition or an intestinal flu, and so forth.

You need that light to explode out and consume it. Most of the time conditions manifest physically‑-they begin to press in on our chakras. You start having the sense in our bodies that things are changing. If we don’t release the light for that action to counteract the energies, it will manifest as some form of physical illness.

Now, if the body is not strong and people have a great deal of karma themselves, and a great deal of world karma is upon them, finally what ensues is death. The ultimate cause of death is . . . unless it’s absolutely God’s will that you be in another plane, but most people die who are not on the path because they have allowed too much of the mass consciousness to cycle into their chakras, to their organs‑-over years and years‑-until finally they’re just filled with the mass consciousness and its energies, and they can no longer sustain that point of light‑-the threefold flame within the heart.

So this is why, when we give these decrees, people get younger and younger and younger, because really the aging process is the process of the mass consciousness actually settling in the cells of your physical body. And it begins at the etheric plane, then it goes to the mental, then the emotional, and finally physically‑-they’re just overloaded. And you’ll see people who die prematurely of heart conditions‑-in their forties and their fifties‑-that should be here. They’ve just overloaded their systems. So that’s why we pursue fasting and good rules of health, and addition to good decrees.

Now, get yourself centered in the heart and let’s give this as a fiat, and I’m going to ask you to stand because when you’re in a standing position you have the real authority of your God flame.

I would like to welcome anyone who’s outside to come on the platform with me. The choice is to either stand or sit cross-legged on the platform, but you’ll be in here if you’d like to be. There has been an empty seat right in the front row here this morning. You have more of those decrees? Okay. Together: [Summit University Clearance decree, 4.73 given once]

Thank you. Won’t you be seated? Now what we have done is to clear a pathway of light in our beings; we have created a forcefield of intense protection. Now we can proceed with any type of decree whatsoever. We have cleared the way for Mother Mary to come directly into our auras. We have cleared a pathway for any ascended master to visit with us, to meditate with us, to teach us. You can feel the very atmosphere simply bristling with light and with the presence of the angels.

Now is the time to give your love decrees, your decrees to Mother Mary, all of the tender energies that you want to bestow upon life. This tenderness cannot flow through you when you have that aggressive energy of darkness upon you. So let us sing, “Magnify the Lord” number 71 to Mother Mary, and let us feel the full power of her presence.

Now that we have cleared the way for her and her angels to come, we say, “In the name of Jesus Christ, our dearly beloved Mother Mary, we ask you to come into our midst this day, and we appeal to you especially for the protection of children of light aborning in the womb of time and space‑-those who are about to be born. We call for the protection of their four lower bodies and their souls. We call for the protection of mothers and fathers of light. We call for the protection of teachers. We ask you, beloved Mother Mary, to enter our earth this day; into your hands we gladly commend the souls of all mankind. We call for the Mother flame to act here. We call for the light of ten thousand suns to take action. Beloved Mother Mary, magnify the Lord, the Law of Life within each heart throughout the planetary body. In the name of the Father, the Mother, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We accept it done this hour in full power.” Seventy-one. [Song was sung 3x]

Can we ask all of you to move down, please, and also move down a seat‑-move the chairs, as well as yourselves, so we can get some more people in? Now, what happens when we invoke Mother Mary? We invoke her presence and all of her angels come to minister to the children. Then we feel once again the intensification of the forces of antichrist to work against the flame of the Mother and the Child.
So we have to return to our calls for protection. We are at a new level of the focusing of God’s consciousness. And so for this we are going to take 6.04, the Round the Clock Protection. There are three pages to it. I would like to have it passed out now. It is a new insert that I had done this summer; so even if you have an old copy, you won’t have this one. We’ll have the 6.04 protection passed out. How many of you have never given a 6.04 decree? It follows the lines of the clock of our cosmic astrology, which are beautifully illustrated in the charts in your Great White Brotherhood book.

This is a very important handbook for you‑-all new students. There’s a lecture on the cosmic clock, which is in here. If you’ve never heard a lecture on the cosmic clock, it would be well to read it because you will hear more things at the conference when you read it. You could read it on your lunch break.
Everything we do applies to the science of the cosmic clock, as taught by Mother Mary, because all life is in cycles‑-cycles of infinity circling into time and space, like the sands in the hour glass. Now, the 6.04 decree follows the twelve lines of the clock and you will be able to read the perversions of the cosmic clock that are listed in these charts, as well as the names of the masters who sponsor these lines and their God qualities.

This information gradually becomes committed to memory and you become an expert of the science of the cosmic clock. [Pause] We read in the twelfth chapter of the Book of Revelation of the woman who comes to give birth to the Manchild. That woman is the feminine aspect of all of you‑-men and women‑-you all have a feminine aspect; and your feminine aspect must rise so that you can bring forth the Christ consciousness. That feminine aspect is the base of the spine chakra. That energy must rise as purity to the level of the heart so that the Christ can be born in the manger of the heart.
Now, as soon as we sang to Mother Mary, I could feel our own levels‑-subconscious levels of resistance to the Mother. They begin to be stirred up, so we need protection. We need to find out what is opposing this Mother light within us; what is resisting the rise of our feminine nature, what is resisting the birth of the Christ within our hearts.

We love Mother, we love the Child, and yet, there is warring of energies, subconscious momentums. We name these momentums in the 6.04 decree, and you will see them named in Section B and on the lines of the clock: criticism, condemnation and judgment; hatred and mild dislike; hardness of heart.
I want to be sure that everyone up there has this insert. Do you all have it? Are there enough copies available? Doubt and fear and human questioning opposes the Mother light, opposes her Son. Conceit, deceit, ego and mental arrogance‑-all this opposes the Mother. Everything listed in this decree is opposition to your feminine potential, which is the nature of you that is creative, inspired, aspiring, the genius, the element of fire that releases all the potential of your being.

They always say that behind every successful man is a woman. Well, that’s the feminine potential that’s within all of us. Behind all of our victories in the plane of matter is the fire of Mother that rises from the base chakra and enables us to release the seven rays through the seven chakras. Without the release of the fountain, the white fountain of light from the base of the spine rising, we do not experience the quickening and we cannot attain cosmic consciousness.

So if we’re fighting Mother‑-at conscious or subconscious levels, even if we have a dislike for our own human mother in this life, or we dislike women, or we dislike the feminine aspect of our husbands‑-if in any way, shape or form we are rebelling against the female aspect of the cosmos, there is a block between us and the release of the light of Mother.

If we find that we are antagonistic to the Holy Child, to the Christ Child, to little children‑-do children annoy us? Do they irritate us? Do they evoke our anger? Well, we have to realize that that’s a forcefield of antichrist. Somewhere, at subconscious levels, we are rebelling against our own Christ Child, our own child of the heart‑-so we need to watch our consciousness; we need to watch, what are we fighting? What are we moving against?

This decree also handles the opposition to the dominance of Father and Holy Spirit within us. If we’ve had a problem in our lives with Father, this usually gets transferred to the subconscious and it starts a rebellion against God the Father as well.

So we need to resolve the conflicts of human relationships because they translate to the relationships we have with God and with ourselves; and until we resolve these relationships, we’re not going to make progress. Our decrees will just sit on the surface, and underneath there’ll be a seething vortex of subconscious momentums that thwart our decrees, thwart our good intentions.

And we find we may be years in the Teaching and we’re just paddling in the same place; our canoe isn’t going anywhere because half of us is pulling one way and half is pulling the other way. And this is what ultimately takes people off the path‑-they cannot resolve the subconscious differences.

I’m going to be talking about these in depth this evening in our lecture on Marriage as an Initiation on the Path, because marriage is something we have to deal with‑-all of us have to deal with it; even if we are single, celibates and have no intention of getting married‑-because it’s the alchemical marriage that we’re concerned with; and your soul can’t get married to God if there are conflicts. And a problem marriage may be symbolical of the conflicts of the warring in the subconscious.

So the Round the Clock Protection is around your clock, your electronic belt, your subconscious. It is patterned after the sundial, and this clock is the clock of your subconscious momentums. And they must be dealt with, and you must face them fair and square and take your cosmic accountability.
Now, this decree is given straight through, just the way it is. You’ll come to two inserts on page 6.04‑-right there at the end of the preamble it says, “And I call for the victory of the light in _____” and then it says, “sun,” and in there you have to insert the sign that the sun is in. The sun is in Libra right now‑-so you can write that in there in pencil; and then the moon, which is in Aries this morning. Correct? Aries.

Now, we issue once a year to Keepers of the Flame‑-we mail it out in our mailings‑-a chart of where the sun and the moon signs are throughout the year. We’ll see if we have any more of these available‑-I’m not sure. But if you don’t know where the sun or the moon is on a particular day, simply say, “I call for the victory of the light of the sun or of the light in the twelve signs of the zodiac. I call for the victory of the light of the sun and the moon in the twelve signs of the Zodiac.” That’s all you have to say, but it’s nice to be specific because those are specific energies we’re dealing with.

Now, many of the inserts that I’ve listed on page 2 of the 6.04 decree you will not know what they are. It’s taken me all of my life living on this planet to try to figure out what opposes the souls of mankind, what opposes the path of the ascension, why people don’t understand the truth, why they don’t live the truth; and I’ve been watching‑-believe me‑-night and day since I was a little child. I’ve condensed in a very concentrated paragraph here what I think you need to deal with daily.

By the time Monday is over, you will know a lot about what is listed in these decrees; so rather than preempt all of our lectures‑-we have guest speakers coming who are experts in the fields that the Master Saint Germain wants you to know about‑-and I would like to tell you that if you have not made plans to stay Monday, it’s absolutely necessary that you do and that you call home and that you make arrangements to be here on Monday; it will be the most important day of your life. And the speakers are so good, I’m just jumping up and down myself, I can’t wait to hear them. We have speakers who are coming who did not agree to come until they were sure that this was a closed group, that there would be no press here, that it was a group that was sympathetic to them.

One of these speakers, his life has been threatened, he does not appear in public, he does not give out his message any longer because he’s been threatened by the powers that be in our own United States government. Now, I want you to hear this lecture more than anything in the world, so you think about how you’re going to be here Monday‑-it’s very, very important. I don’t think that I can possibly release these lectures on tape, by the nature of the exposure and those who are being exposed. So if you thought you were going home Sunday [laughter] that Saint Germain celebration of October 12th is Monday; it’s a national holiday and you can tell your boss you’re Jewish and this is your [laughter] this is a celebration of your religious holiday. Catholics take off, Jews take off, Buddhists take off; it’s about time we took off our religious holidays.

Okay [clapping]. Now the rest of the decree simply goes straight through and I would like to mention to you that if you’re in a hurry giving this decree, there’s one sentence that keeps repeating here that you could leave out and you’ll notice in Section B it says, “All revolving of criticism, condemnation and judgment, etheric calcification, black magic, all moon substance, and all electronic belt patterns of the planets of this solar system and beyond.”

If you have to give this in a hurry, you can leave out the part that says, “and all electronic belt patterns of the planets of this solar system and beyond,” and you can just give it once at the end. We’re going to give the decree as written because it’s hard enough to keep track of as it is. [Pause] All right, together: [6.04 was given in its entirety one time]

You notice we went through the twelve lines of the clock, and then we did twelve and six repeated, making fourteen. This is the pattern of the Fourteen Stations of the Cross. The Fourteen Stations of the Cross are initiations into the Christ consciousness‑-the seven rays in Alpha and the seven rays in Omega. The pattern of going around the circle and then making the sign of the figure eight is illustrated, and it is here following page 176 of The Great White Brotherhood book; and it’s shown on the T’ai Chi.

If you would follow your hand in a circle around this clock, then you would come down around the figure eight from the twelve down to the six and back again, and you’re ready to begin anew around the clock; just keep right on going the way the circle goes, making your figure eight, crossing in the center, going around the six o’clock line up again, fulfilling the figure eight through the center and back to number twelve. That’s the way energy flows on the fourteen stations; so in this decree we go from twelve to eleven, back to twelve again, six and then the next time the decree starts over you would begin at twelve.

Now, we have released albums, several albums, the Shasta album, as well as Education in the Age of Aquarius, that have lectures and instruction on the cosmic clock, as does the text of Shasta, which is The Great White Brotherhood book. Now, I hold you responsible, Keepers of the Flame, for getting that information and studying it. I’ve taught it for many years; it is out and you must be familiar with it, or else you will not be able to deal with the world’s momentums of astrology, the teachings of astrology based on the planets.

The planets have a causal body like we do. Like the Chart of the Presence, they also have a collective mass consciousness, which is an energy field‑-which we call the electronic belt. When we say that Mars is a planet of anger, passion and war, those are the misuses of the sacred fire of the Mother, of the white light on Mars. Mars is intended to be the planet of the white light, the discipline, and also the high intensity of energies of the Mother.

Well, her evolutions long ago perverted that energy, and therefore, the red emanation of Mars is the anger, the aggression, and all the qualities we have listed in the insert on page 2 of this very decree, 6.04, where it says “Mars and moon energies, aggression, anger, arrogance, argumentation, accusation, agitation, apathy, atheism, annihilation, aggravation, aggressive mental suggestion, and all anti-words”‑-those are all perversions of Alpha, which we find in the collective unconscious that is still an energy field around the planet Mars.

Now, anybody who just has a superficial awareness of astrology knows that the energies of Mars can be very intense, and when people are besieged with those energies and with the substance of the moon amplifying it, they can go insane and commit murders and become very angry.

Well, when we are giving this decree and the decree for Encirclement of Grids and Forcefield in Time and Space, which is another decree that I’m going to be giving you in this conference. We are calling to the beings of light to encircle that entire energy field‑-the entire forcefield of the collective unconscious of Mars and every planet in the solar system, and also with systems beyond.

So what we are doing is taking the light of the I AM Presence as a specific action o the ray, coalesced through the science of the spoken word, and we’re directing that energy to counteract every possible influence that may come through us in time and space that may manifest as a deterrent to our victory.
The masters teach us that we must be masters of our astrology. Morya and the three magi who visited Jesus were astrologers, but they did not study a worldly astrology‑-they studied the science of the cosmic clock as Mary has taught it to us. To be the total masters of time and space we have to be the total masters of all energy fields. So to do this we enter the Cosmic Christ consciousness of Jesus and Lord Maitreya, and our own Christ Self, and we specifically call to the I AM Presence to release the light to counteract these conditions.

Now, once you become very sensitive and astute, you will see how your day unfolds and how, when you have this light and this decree and you give it, how you are counteracting all the obstacles to the bringing forth of the Christ consciousness in your life. And when you master it in your life, you can extend it to your community, your state, your nation and the planet.

We will all agree that the earth is in a very sorry state; the consciousness of the people is in a very sorry state, and it is on a massive downward spiral. The downward spiral is composed of the conglomerate of all momentums of all lifewaves and all evolutions that have ever existed in time and space‑-not just people of earth, but people of all planets and all solar systems.

This is what needs to be put into the flame of the Holy Spirit, the violet flame, so that we can have the victory‑-our victory has to be total. There’s no such thing as you and I having the victory and the planet not having its victory‑-there’s no such thing. There’s no such victory to go home to God and say, “the earth blew up but I’m here.” [Laughter] No such thing; only total victory. We have to have the victory in ourselves as quickly as we can call it forth because our hearts are literally bleeding with the Divine Mother for the plight of her children on this planet.

So we have to go quickly from the keeping of our own consciousness to the keeping of the city‑-the city of the world. And that’s what your 6.04 decree is all about. You could easily give that three times.
I could feel as we gave it just now, we handled a certain amount of that energy, but for many of you it was the first opening, the first real tackling of your subconscious that you have ever had in this and many lifetimes. And the moment you start challenging those momentums that have dominated you for so long, they begin to rebel. You know, when you corner an animal it can only do one thing: it’s going to strike because it knows that its survival is at stake. If you’ve got it cornered it might as well lash out and attack you in any way it can because its days are numbered.

So that’s the plight of our own carnal mind. The light of God within us is closing in on the carnal mind. So when we start challenging it with decrees like this, we start stirring up things‑-so we have to drive right on home. We can’t let it rest.

If you’re going to start this path of the science of the spoken word, you have to pursue it because these things have to be dealt with daily and hourly. So you start becoming a consciousness of God, where you have an intensity in your mind, where you are feeling out in all directions; you are sensing, you have an enormous sensitivity to any forcefield or vibration that is less than your own reality‑-your own Christ reality. You become sensitive to it, you become sensitive in your ability to name it, identify it, isolate it, know its source‑-and instantly make a fiat: “In the name of the Christ, I demand it go into the flame!” whatever it happens to be.

Now, we have had quite an intense session this morning. When you start feeling a lot of blue lightning being very intense around you, you know what it’s time for‑-time for the violet flame; the joy of the violet singing flame, transmutation, freedom. It smoothes out all the rough places.

When the blue lightning masters come in as they have this morning and they take their swords and their cosmic circles and they begin to break up human calcification; and they break it up and there’s a lot of debris and dust and substance that gets stirred up, then in come the violet flame angels‑-the clean-up committee‑-and they go into an action of intense transmutation. And pretty soon you’re just singing, you’re happy, you’re telling jokes, you’re full of joy and you have a new lease on life.

So our very basic violet flame decree is 70.11. How many also have a set of the affirmations that we handed out at Higher Consciousness? How many don’t? Will you be sure and pick up a set of those as soon as we leave this morning because these affirmations are on all of the seven rays and they’re very important‑-and add them to your decree books.

I am very sorry to tell you that we do not have complete sets of decrees and songs for you. We are out of print and our presses are just about starting to roll this weekend, having been moved from Colorado Springs, and we have much to reprint. So if you don’t have one of these books, realize that, as a Keeper of the Flame, you should have one, and as soon as they’re printed we will get one to you. In the meantime, let us give 70.11, at the preamble. [Pause] Together: [Decree 70.11 given 50 times]

Let us sing 109 to the flame of freedom. Please stand. When you reach this momentum of joy and intensity of the action of the flame, it’s time to really burst forth. When we’re naming all these names and going down into matter with our swords of blue flame, to name all the specific conditions that are lumped together under the term antichrist, we need to be free of that and we need to bounce back into the joy of the universal consciousness of the Cosmic Christ.

There’s a point of working with the science of the spoken word as though everything depended on us, and that’s when we name everything and give God all the specifics. Then there is the point of the realization of praying as though everything depended on God, and all we need to do to have the victory is to enter this tremendous spiral of joy‑-the joy that kindles everything, that bursts the flame of the Cosmic Christ consciousness that is the violet flame. So when we have gotten to this point, then we just have to take off into that God consciousness of victory and know that everything that is a problem or a need, God will take care of, God will resolve‑-and all we have to do is be happy. Enter our hearts and live there and reign forevermore with Jesus Christ the King. Beloved Saint Germain and beloved Mighty Astrea, beloved seven mighty Elohim and Archangels, beloved Chohans of the Rays, we salute thee! We greet thee and we say Ave Maria! We thank thee, Mother Mary, for your presence in the universe; we thank thee for this cradle that God has given to us, into which we may place the Christ Child of our hearts and the newly born babe of all those who come to us to learn of the teachings of the masters.
