Some of you know that we have been having a very wonderful communion with Mother Mary here and in Santa Barbara. And at the occasion of the last class, you who attended, shared in giving the rosary with us.
I would like to tell you a little bit about how the rosary came into our lives, and the great meaning it has in this age. We have always been very devoted to Mary, the Mother, Mark and myself, and the entire organization.
There are so many Ascended Masters and so much teaching that we are not constantly talking about Mary, but she is always in our hearts and always with us.
This year, in the past year, we had two Catholic women, who are sisters, come to attend our meetings. And they went through a very great test and trial in their lives, where all their possessions were illegally confiscated from them, their store, their business, and they were actually framed in the courts. One of these sisters was sent to jail, and only because of her Light and her great devotion. They experienced, through the intercession of my husband and myself in our prayers, a great healing during this period, and a great raising of their consciousness and many things fell into place.
They had been great devotees of Mary, and they had had a statue of Mary over five feet tall, in stone, completely gold leafed in 23 and 22 carat gold. When this great turmoil was going on around them, and when their store was taken, the Mary statue was locked up in the store and they were not allowed to enter that store for months and months and months. And those who were working against them threatened to take the statue and melt it down and keep the gold. So they came to us about this matter, and we made our invocations, and in a very miraculous way, the store was opened to them and they were able to get out the statue.
They felt the devotion of the members of the staff and of this house was not equal to Mother Mary, our devotion to Mother Mary was greater than any that they had ever seen and they wanted us to have this statue. So the statue has been here in La Tourelle for a number of months, for fourteen or sixteen months the statue has been here.
And we saw that this gold statue in this form had been erected in the temples of Mu, and that they had been instrumental in securing this gold figure of the Divine Mother on Lemuria, and that the same people that had opposed them then in the establishing of the shrine to the Divine Mother had opposed them today.
It is interesting that when they secured this statue, and it took a man over a year to gold leaf it, they had made a novena to Joseph, which is a series of prayers, that the statue would be placed in a tower. And so when I was given the statue, I immediately knew that the statue belonged in the tower and that is where it is.
Just on Wednesday before Mark’s passing, we had the photographers here to photograph that statue so you could have a full color print of it for your altar. It is a magnificent focus, and it is an electrode on the planetary body of the virgin consciousness, all in gold. It shines like the sun. We have for you here some that are in black and white that we have been able to print, the colored ones are not ready yet. Now, it has given this house a tremendous impetus of the flame of Mother Mary, having the statue here and having our devotions to her.
One day last fall, as I was meditating in this tower room, Mother Mary came to me and she said, “I want to give you the ritual of the rosary for Keepers of the Flame, for those who understand the Ascended Masters’ teachings and for the bringing in of the golden age.”
So beloved Mary began to dictate to me the format for the rosary. I found that she gave me a rosary for each of the seven rays which I released to the earth on each of the seven days of the week. Then she gave me a rosary for the Eighth Ray for Sunday evening. Then I knew that she would be giving me the rosaries for the five secret rays. But I didn’t know that she wanted me to have them immediately. It was after we set forth and typed and arranged all these rosaries for the eight rays that she came again. And, in my mind, I had the concept that I would do this much later, that we would get out the first ones first. But Mother Mary was very persistent, and she kept feeding me the concepts for the secret rays until it became like a stack of dominoes balanced in my mind, and I finally said, “I will never remember all of this, and I will have to sit down and write down all of the rosaries.”
This I did and we have completed thirteen rosaries by Mother Mary. And five of the five secret rays are for the five evenings of the week; they are the evening rosaries. The seven rays are for the seven mornings of the week, and the Eighth Ray is for Sunday evening.
Mother Mary has told me there will be a Fourteenth Rosary that will be completely different from the thirteen, and she will give that as a gift to the students when enough people have build a momentum of devotion in giving the rosary.
I would like to play for you a bit of this tape of the rosary, because just before this conference we decided that we could not wait any longer to release the rosaries to the field.
So we took four of the rosaries as they have been given in our staff service and one of them which I would like to have you hear which is from our Santa Barbara class. This is also on this tape.
Now each of the thirteen rosaries is a mystery. For instance, Sunday morning, when the yellow of the Second Ray is released to the earth, we have the Teaching Mysteries. The Teaching Mysteries are presented by giving the teachings of Jesus from the Bible, and after the verse of the Bible is said by the leader, then the audience responds by giving the “Hail Mary.”
Now the Love Mysteries are given Monday morning for the Third Ray or the pink flame. The Miracle Mysteries are given Saturday morning; this is the Seventh Ray and this involved the alchemy. The Masterful Mysteries are given Sunday evening and that is the Eighth Ray.
Now it is a scriptural rosary. The history of the rosary goes back many, many centuries, it is a Christian tradition; it is not a Catholic tradition. It began in the early church when people didn’t have books, and in order to say their prayers and to remember how to count them to say them, they started counting them on stones that they held in their pockets, and then on beads; and then they put the beads on a chain. Then someone thought of the rosary as being a gift of roses, to be given as a gift to Jesus and Mary. Then they decided to make more toward Mary, and some groups began to dedicate their rosary to Jesus and some to Mary.
This went on and evolved, and when the break with Martin Luther came and there was a Protestant revolt and they took out the saints and Mary from the Church, they also took out the lengthy prayers. The Protestants decided it was not good to have vainly repetitious prayers and so there was a tremendous falling away of people from devotion to Mary. It has been that the rosary became a Catholic institution and a Catholic way of life, and it was completely taken from the Protestants.
The Brotherhood considered it the greatest tragedy that ever occurred was the breaking away of the people from the traditions of the Catholic Church. They are not so concerned about the people breaking from the Church, but the Masters have told us that all the reforms and the enlightenment could have come with the Church itself.
It was not necessary to go into this revolt and to tear down all the Ascended Masters’ teachings that remained within the Church.
Now we are in the midst of publishing the rosaries in book form for you to have. We are also publishing fourteen dictations of beloved Mother Mary and fourteen Pearls of Wisdom and the rosary all in one book. It will make a very large book. I think we have decided to put eight of the rosaries in volume I and the secret rays in volume II, each time repeating the collection of dictations and Pearls . These have all been edited and they are at the Compugraphic; they are being Compugraphiced and they need to be lined up and prepared for printing.
We expect these to be printed and bound and hopefully in your hands by the July class or sooner. Of course, the July class is only two months away. Easter is so late this year. So then you will have the rosary books in your hands. At this time the best we could do is to release them to you on the tapes.
Now, if you play this tape, you can sit in your home and have the momentum of the retreat right there and all of the voices giving it. I want you to hear how it sounds so you will know how we will be giving it this morning.
Mother Mary, when she appeared at Fátima, emphasized that the children should give the rosary, that the world should give the rosary for the prevention of war and the great travail that would be coming upon the planetary body. Some of her warnings were heeded and some of them were not.
We find that Igor, this beloved Russian saint, who ascended recently, was in embodiment in 1917 when the revolution took place. His dictation was excerpted on the December Pearl in which he dictated and said that the avatars would be descending in physical, tangible embodiment behind the Iron Curtain countries this year.
We are told by the Masters that this is actually happening, this is going on right now.
Igor says of the visitations from Mary, when he was embodied, “When we were aware of the coming destruction of the czar and his family and we realized that the red dragon would march across the nation, I spent hours upon my knees imploring God to provide some measure of assistance. I remember then that one evening, a very special evening, there came to me a manifestation of the beautiful Lady of Fátima. She came to me and she discussed also the terror of the Red Dragon. She said that the world would be viciously troubled by it and that only by a great struggle and repudiation of this fraudulent desecration of the Light would mankind ever be able to roll back the hordes of materialistic darkness and shadow.
“I remember that I clutched her robe in my hands; and as Jacob wrestled with the angels, I would not let her go. I remember that she lingered with me for many an hour beyond her intent, and I said: ‘O Mother of God, will you help me to help me to help these people? I cannot bear it; I cannot bear the bloodshed, the ideas of terror, and the awful grasping in the hearts of these people. I ask you to help me, What can I do? I will give my life if it will save these people.’ She patted me gently on the head and said: ‘Igor, there have been others before you who have offered their lives to God to assuage the awful torment of material life. But there are karmic circumstances and situations beyond mortal control, even beyond the control of God, for he has put his laws into operation and entrusted certain dominions to lesser forms of consciousness, and they have free will. By the misuse of their free will, they have wrought all this destruction. And only when their free will turns to seek the things of the Spirit will they truly make the world free.'”
Igor also tells of the Archangel Gabriel appearing to him and helping him. He prayed night and day during the revolution. And we are told that because of that one man’s prayers and devotion to Mary the Mother, the destruction of the Russian Revolution was greatly reduced. Even though there was a great slaughter of human lives at that time, it would have been far worse.
So when Mother Mary came to me to give me the rosary she said: “This is the one key. If the student body will take it up, the giving of this rosary daily will enable the flame of the Mother to be anchored in the world and to prevent a great deal of destruction of human life during the days that are ahead.”
This is why we felt that it was imperative to at least get you these four rosaries on tape at this class. And right after the class, we want to get another four of them on tape so that you can be playing them.
I wanted to read you just this one excerpt from the visitation of Mary at Fátima to the children. She said, “We see hell where the souls of sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotions to my Immaculate Heart. If they do what I will tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. The war is going to end, but if they do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius the XI.
“When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light, know that it is the great sign that God gives you that he is going to punish the world for its crimes by means of a war of hunger and of persecution of the Church and of the Holy Family.
“To prevent this I come to ask the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the communion of reparation on the First Saturday. If they listen to my request, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyrized, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the name of my Immaculate Heart will triumph???. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me and it will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world.
“In Portugal, the dogma of the faith will always be kept,” and then there was final secret ??? to the children which was never revealed.
Now, the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is a very important action. So as we begin this rosary service this morning, and I would like to have someone light the candles for me. As we are going to prepare to give this rosary, I would like us to, in unison as a group, consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. There has been some question in a number of books as to whether the Pope actually did this, whether he actually consecrated Russia or the people of Russia, and whether he did it as Mary had directed. In any case, we cannot know what the inner heart of the Pope is, or whether or not this was done.
But we certainly see evidence of the tribulation and the scattering of the errors of Communism throughout the world today. It is a relentless sowing of the bad seed by the forces of darkness that is not letting up and will not let up.
These are the words that I would like you to write in your books and say often: “In the name of my Mighty I AM Presence and by the authority of the Vicar of Christ, I consecrate Russia and all of the energies of her people to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” Now, when you speak in the name of the I AM Presence, you have the authority of God. When you say: “And by the authority of the Vicar of Christ,” vicar means the representative or the minister of Christ.
The true representative or minister of Christ is the Christ of every man that is the only begotten Son of the Father full of grace and truth. We are neither affirming nor denying the position of the Pope as the Vicar of Christ. But we are calling on the true Vicar of Christ, and we are speaking in his authority, and we know that that is the Christ that lives in us. The Holy Christ Self of every man is the representative of Jesus the Christ to us.
Now here is the statement. “In the name of my Mighty I AM Presence and by the authority of the Vicar of Christ, I consecrate Russia and all the energies of her people to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” I will say it again.
Now, we are going to say this in four different ways. The first time we are going to say for Russia, the second time for China, the third time for America and the fourth time for the earth. We take it four times for the four quadrants. There is a great law involved in this consecration. Anyone in embodiment has the authority to take dominion over the earth if that authority is the authority of the Christ. In the Book of Genesis, man was given dominion. God said, “Take dominion over the earth.”
Now, we can claim our dominion over the earth at any time for any group of people if we do it in the name of God and in the name of the Christ, or the representative of the Christ. This is the law of octaves of where the Masters never interfere with the goings on of earth unless they are invoked by our decrees.
The I AM Presence within you and the Christ within you gives you authority for life, for energy and its evolution on the planet because there is only one God and one Christ. When you speak in the name of God and Christ, you can command, and you can consecrate energy to God, to Mary and to the ascended hosts.
So this call is in keeping with Cosmic Law. And what it does, we are saying here in this consecration that the Russians, the land of Russia, the country of Russia, and that is the USSR which includes its satellites, we are giving the energies of that land and of its people to the Immaculate Heart of Mary when we say this. This gives Mary the authority to enter into the hearts of the Russian people and to take dominion in that nation.
This is why Mary asked that the Pope do this. You have to understand that this message was given to little children, ignorant children who have a Catholic background. And so it is couched in Catholic terms and in the understanding that they had as Catholics.
When Mary appeared to me, she gave me this ritual according to the understanding that the Masters have given to us. One thing that she said is that the “Hail Marys” should not be given as the Catholics give it, but should be given in the following way. It is a very beautiful “Hail Mary” and you will learn it very quickly.
“Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sons and daughters of God, now and at the hour of our victory over sin, disease and death.” That is the Ascended Master concept of the “Hail Mary.”
When you say Mary, you are saying, “Mother Ray,” “Hail Mother Ray, full of grace.” So it not only goes to Mother Mary but to all who embody the Mother Ray.
Mary spoke about the concept of Mary being the Mother of God. She said you are all the Mother of God when you choose to nurture the incarnation of God upon the planet.
There is no reason, she said, for Protestants and Catholics to argue about the title ‘Mother of God.’ It is no desecration, because the flame of God is in your heart, and you must mother that flame. And so I mothered that flame in Jesus, hence the title.
The usual rosary says, “Pray for us sinners.” Mary says that Keepers of the Flame should not affirm their sinful nature, but their rightful inheritance as sons and daughters of God. Now and at the hour of our death, underscored death. And it should be, “Now and at the hour of our victory over sin, disease and death.”
Now, the hour of victory is the 11 o’clock line, and that is the hour when the force always tries to take from us the culmination of our Light. That is the hour when the dragon’s tail swings back in resentment and tries to tie up our energies. So it is at that precise moment when you are ready for the victory that we are asking Mary to pray for us so that we get through that 11 o’clock line and get home back to the 12 with our cycle.
You will find that if you give this daily, Mary will help you in the completion of all cycles–daily cycles, hourly cycles. You will constantly be having that victory over sin, disease and death in your eleventh hour.
Now I am going to have us give this invocation. The second time we say it, you will just change the word Russia to China. “In the name of my Mighty I AM Presence and by the authority of the Vicar of Christ, I consecrate China and all of the energies of her people to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” The third time we will say “America,” and the fourth “I consecrate the earth and all of the energies of her people to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” Now, each of these we will say three times and this will give us the total of twelve. Twelve lines on the Clock.
So, if you will visualize the Clock in your mind’s eye the first one of Russia is said for the 12, 1 and 2 o’clock lines; on 3, 4 and 5 we are doing China; 6, 7 and 8 America; and 9, 10 and 11 for the earth. So we cover the Clock. Now, that is not complicated. Do not get disturbed when I give you visualizations like that because it is very simple to give a series of twelve decrees and then arrange them in your mind on the circle.
So let’s try this together now.

of her people to the Immaculate Heart of Mary,” given 3 times.]
The Immaculate Heart means the pure heart, the heart means the fiery core. It means the white fire center of the being of the Mother Ray. And by giving all that we are, our substance, our planet, our people back to the heart of the Divine Mother, we find that she purifies them and returns them to us. So it is a ritual of the earth giving unto heaven all that it has and heaven returning to earth all that it has.
Do you see how terminology separates people in their various religious factions? If we could only understand the one law behind all terminology, there would be one faith upon earth. [playing a section of the rosary]
Now, today we are going to give the Glorious Mysteries. They are for Friday the Fourth Ray of white fire and purity. These are the decrees that we will be giving. You will take our rosary, if you don’t have a rosary, that is fine. It doesn’t matter.
At the end of every rosary there is a cross. We prefer that it not be the crucifix, because we do not wish to perpetuate Jesus’ time upon the cross. The cross is the symbol of the meeting place between Spirit and Mater, and in the nexus of the cross, the Christ consciousness is born. We take that cross and we make the sign of the cross, “In the name of the Father, and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.” Then we announce the set of mysteries, and then we give the Keeper’s Daily Prayer. That Keeper’s Daily Prayer replaces the Apostle’s Creed which is sometimes given on the cross.
The Keeper’s Daily Prayer is, Mother Mary told me, the culmination of the vows taken in the Apostle’s Creed. It is the universal affirmation. Anyone on any planet anywhere in any century could give the Keeper’s Daily Prayer and not be out of context. It takes man out of time and space and makes him a flame.
So will you turn to that in your books, that will be our first prayer, number one. Then there is a first bead on the rosary, after the cross, and on that bead we say “Jesus’ I AM Lord’s Prayer.” This, Mary said, is to commemorate the oneness of God in universal manifestation. “The Lord’s Prayer” is 1.20. You might like to remove it from your book and have these all in one pile.
Next there comes three beads in succession on the rosary. These are three large beads, and we give a “Hail Mary” on each bead. Mother Mary said this was for the Holy Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit in manifestation within us and of faith, hope and charity, the three graces, to draw them forth into manifestation in the plane of the Mother.
Then we have one large bead, and Mary said this must be the acknowledgment of the Holy Spirit and the call to the “Fire Breath” that is 1.01 in your books. That is the next we will give. Now, that commemorates the hour when the Holy Spirit ignited the threefold flame and the umbilical cord is cut and you were given the breath of life in this octave. It is a glorious moment and one that we should commemorate daily and give daily thanks for.
Then there is always a triangle before the rosary begins. Usually it is the image of Jesus on one side and Mary on the other. At that point, we are giving the “Transfiguring Affirmations,” which are 60.01. That is the release of Light affirming your divinity, and it is the affirmation of the Mother. Mary said when you give that, she is giving it with you to affirm your divinity that you are a son or a daughter of God. So when you start the rosary, you have given these preliminary invocations to establish the image of your consciousness centered in God.
Then when we come to the rosary itself, it has five times the, five decades and between each decade there is a bead separating the ten. So Mother Mary said that when you give the rosary, you are establishing the momentum of Light that will give you the dominion and authority of the test of the ten.
Now, if you will take this on the Clock, you will see each set of ten, of course, is a mystery that Mother Mary gave me, and I will be reading this to you. But it starts with an “Our Father.” So the “Our Father” is the 12 o’clock line of Alpha. Then the ten beads are the numbers one to ten on the Clock. You are giving a “Hail Mary” for each of the numbers from one to ten comprise the test of the ten, and you finish your Clock on the 1 o’clock line with a “Glory Be to the Father” which we sing. “Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, life without end, I AM, I AM, I AM.”
Then we start with the next mystery all over again at the 12 o’clock line with an “Our Father,” ten “Hail Mary’s,” a “Glory Be” on the 11 o’clock line, etc. Because there are five sections to the rosary each time you give the rosary, you are going through the five secret rays, each section of the twelve lines is qualified by one of the secret rays.
So Mother Mary says that if she were to prepare a survival kit for sons and daughters of the flame for survival during transition, it would be to arm them with the thirteen rosaries that they can say for the transition of their consciousness into the golden age. So without any further explanation, we will start and I know that you will catch on immediately.
