10.03 Decree – I AM Gods Will to El Morya
This Decree is led by Elizabeth Clare Prophet and was recorded on August 8, 1988
In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, and my own beloved Holy Christ Self, I call to the heart of the Will of God in the Great Central Sun, beloved Archangel Michael, beloved El Morya, beloved Mighty Hercules, all the legions of blue lightning, and the Brothers of the Diamond Heart, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth! to fan the flame of the Will of God throughout my four lower bodies and answer this my call infinitely, presently, and forever:
- I AM God’s Will manifest everywhere,
I AM God’s Will perfect beyond compare,
I AM God’s Will so beautiful and fair,
I AM God’s willing bounty everywhere.
Refrain:
Come, come, come, O blue-flame Will so true,
Make and keep me ever radiant like you.
Blue-flame Will of living Truth,
Good Will flame of eternal youth,
Manifest, manifest, manifest in me now!
- I AM God’s Will now taking full command,
I AM God’s Will making all to understand,
I AM God’s Will whose power is supreme,
I AM God’s Will fulfilling heaven’s dream.
- I AM God’s Will protecting, blessing here,
I AM God’s Will now casting out all fear,
I AM God’s Will in action here well done,
I AM God’s Will with Victory for each one.
- I AM blue lightning flashing Freedom’s love,
I AM blue-lightning power from above,
I AM blue lightning setting all men free,
I AM blue-flame power flowing good through me.
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!
Who is El Morya?
The Ascended Master El Morya holds the office of Chohan (Lord) of the First Ray of God’s Will. He represents the Godly attributes of courage, certainty, power, forthrightness, self-reliance, dependability, faith and initiative. These are the qualities of the Father principle—the statesman, the executive, the ruler.
El Morya ascended about 1898 after his work with the Master K.H. in founding the Theosophical Society. Describing the ultimate victory of his ascension and his work with mankind from the ascended state in the dictation given April 16, 1976, the ascended master El Morya said:
“Through countless incarnations and services rendered to the hierarchy, learning the ways of the world and the ways of the cosmos, I came to the place where I could follow the ray of my own God Presence back to the heart of the Flaming One. And so at the conclusion of the last century, I followed that ray to the white fire core and I did not return with the dawn of the morning light to Mater, but I accepted the ritual of the ascension for one purpose: to serve the will of God in a greater capacity than I was able while in embodiment.”
El Morya’s Etheric Retreat
The Temple of Good Will is the etheric retreat of the master El Morya located above the foothills of the Himalayas above the city of Darjeeling, India.
Magnificent, radiant currents of light pour from his retreat, which also has a physical focus in the hills surrounding the city.
The etheric retreat is a glistening white building in Moorish architecture, square with minarets at the four corners and a large central flame-shaped dome.
The walls are as thick as a medieval castle. The apertures are also flame or dome-shaped, delicately shaded in a pale blue as are the doorways, the apertures atop the minarets and the carvings that mark the divisions of the four stories of the retreat.
Teachings and Dictations by El Morya
In his December 13, 1992, dictation, El Morya had announced to the Keepers of the Flame:
I wish to … speak to you, then, of my desire to save the cities. You heard my dictation from New York [October 4, 1992] in which I stated that I would place my Electronic Presence there, everywhere in that entire city, for thirty-three days that the Keepers of the Flame in the metropolitan area might give their perpetual calls to me and we might see if I might be able to remain in that city.
On the fourth of each month we celebrate El Morya’s Day. This is the 24-hour period, from midnight to midnight, when we give our devotions to the ascended master El Morya. The master has said:
I am willing to place myself in any city where I am called and where there is a quorum of hearts. This quorum does not go by numbers but by quality of heart, yet there must needs be at least two or three who will come forward.
