In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me from the Great Central Sun, my own beloved Holy Christ Self and Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved Goddess of Light, beloved Queen of Light, beloved Goddess of Liberty, beloved Goddess of Wisdom, beloved Cyclopea, thou Silent Watcher for the earth, beloved seven mighty Elohim, beloved seven chohans and archangels, the Great Divine Director, Ascended Master Cuzco, beloved Mighty Astrea, beloved Guru Ma, Lanello and K-17, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth! I decree:
TAKE DOMINION NOW OVER:

all distortions of individual and world freedom, the tide of World Communism, Communist aggression, terrorism, war plans and patterns of war, the Illuminati, the international capitalist/communist conspiracy, the godless creation, Luciferianism, Luciferian aggression, and all temporal, psychic, or nuclear power used to captivate countries and peoples in the USA and Canada, the British Isles, Europe and the Middle East, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Cuba, Central and South America, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, Namibia, all of Africa, Burma/Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, North and South Korea, the Philippines, all of Southeast Asia, India, China, Russia and the former Soviet republics, all of Asia, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Pakistan, Honduras, Tibet __________ (Here you may name other trouble spots.) ___________ and all countries besieged by the dragon of World Communism and the entire planetary body—with their causes and cores.

And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!
USE OF INSERTS: Use one or more inserts in addition to or in place of insert 1. These inserts may also be used in 7.03 and 10.14.
Insert 2
all racial violence, civil disorders, rioting, insurrection, terrorism, treason, anarchy, fanaticism, insanity, plots of assassination, plots to overthrow our federal government, plots to vampirize and destroy the light of America, and plots to unleash nuclear warfare between the nations—with their causes and cores.
Insert 3
the plot to defraud mankind of the Christ consciousness and the abundant Life through the manipulation of currency; all plots on the international economy; the war on gold, all money crises, Luciferian control of the banking systems of the world; all excessive taxation, economic imbalances, and every form of injustice imposed upon mankind—with their causes and cores.
Insert 4
all sex, liquor, tobacco, and dope entities, their masquerades and vampire activities; the misuse of the sacred fire in advertising and entertainment; all distortions of man’s creative energies and perversions of the life-force designed to degrade the youth of the world; the flood of pornographic literature and motion pictures and those responsible for them; and all psychic forces, their pawns, and tools of the sinister force—with their causes and cores.
Insert 5
all entities promoting the distortion of the divine arts, the music of the spheres, and the culture of the Divine Mother; jazz, rock, acid rock, and disco; the tide of aggressive energy directed against the youth of the world; and all hypnotic and jagged rhythms used to captivate the youth of the world through Luciferian activities and controls—with their causes and cores.
Use of 7.05 “Reverse the Tide” Decree
In the 7.05 “reverse the tide” decree, it is good to say, “take dominion now” and then say, “over all opposition to…” And that is where you can write a list of positives, of things you’d like to see happen, things that you feel ought to happen, and things that should be in manifestation in place of what is happening. For instance, “take dominion now over all opposition to the City Foursquare, it’s precipitation in Los Angeles, the drawing together of the lightbearers in the City Foursquare; all opposition to all souls who are destined for the path of the ascension in this life; all opposition to the ascended masters’ teachings and their publications and the consciousness behind it, all individuals connected therewith embodied or disembodied, known or unknown, with their causes and cores: Reverse the tide, reverse the tide, reverse the tide.”
And you can always end that with “directed against me or the light for which I stand, the Mother of the Flame, all Keepers of the Flame, staff and students of Summit University, and all people of God throughout the planetary body.” So, that “reverse the tide” will reverse the tide of the opposition to that crystallization of the God flame.
So it’s important to learn to write both types of decrees. When you’re writing to have the tide reversed, to reverse the tide on that which you are trying to precipitate. In order to write it, you have to collect your mind. You have to set down on a piece of paper, “Well, what is it I am really trying to do here and what is it that’s being opposed in my life?”
