Great Karmic Board Decree 7.29
Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy Christ Selves of all earth’s evolutions, beloved great Karmic Board: beloved Goddess of Liberty; beloved Great Divine Director; beloved Portia, Goddess of Justice; beloved Ascended Lady Master Nada; beloved Pallas Athena, Goddess of Truth; beloved Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy; beloved Cyclopea; beloved Vairochana:
In thy name, in the name of beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth! by and through the magnetic power of the immortal, victorious, three- fold flame of Truth burning within my heart and the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, I decree:
1. O Karmic Board of Justice true,
Keep my being in tune with you,
Show me Truth and Wisdom dear,
Help me free myself right here!
Refrain:
O Portia, Opportunity,
In the name of Liberty,
Give Divine Direction then,
Mercy to the souls of men;
All-Seeing Eye, let Truth appear
As Nada’s Love flows free and clear!
2. O Karmic Board, expand my Light,
By true Justice make me right:
In Mercy’s name I call again
For guidance to the souls of men!
3. O Karmic Board, we love thy Truth,
Pallas Athena, assist our youth,
all the way of Love made plain
As God’s own Liberty lives to reign!
4. O Karmic Board, beloved ones,
Send thy radiance, blazing suns
Flashing Freedom from God above
By Nada’s great omnipotent Love!
5. O blessed Truth and Justice dear,
Balance life’s flame in Mercy clear;
Open our eyes that all may see
Cyclopea’s direction to the free!
6. O thou Great Divine Director,
God’s beloved great perfector,
Let our love for Liberty
Make and keep us ever free!
7. Shining ones of Love and Light,
Justice and Mercy flashing bright,
May I see and be as thee,
Love God’s Truth for eternity!
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!

Who Are the Karmic Board?
The Lords of Karma, or Karmic Board, are eight cosmic beings of the Great White Brotherhood, chosen by God to work as a group to administer justice in this system of worlds.
The eight-member Karmic Board consists of the:
Great Divine Director – representing the first (blue) ray
Goddess of Liberty – second (yellow) ray
Ascended Lady Master Nada – third (pink) ray
Elohim Cyclopea – fourth (white) ray
Pallas Athena, the Goddess of Truth – fifth (green) ray
Portia, Goddess of Justice – sixth (purple and gold) ray
Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy – the seventh (violet) ray
Vairochana – embodies the wisdom of all Buddhas
