In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, and my own beloved Holy Christ Self, I call to the heart of the Will of God in the Great Central Sun, beloved Archangel Michael, beloved El Morya, beloved Mighty Hercules, all the legions of the blue lightning, and the Brothers of the Diamond Heart, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life–ﬁre, air, water, and earth! to fan the ﬂame of the Will of God throughout my four lower bodies and answer this my call inﬁnitely, presently, and forever:

for the mighty blue sphere of my own causal body of light to be charged
and charged and charged daily by the Word and the Work of the Lord performed in the service to God’s holy will. Let the mantras of the will of God and the devotion to the Diamond Heart of God’s will in my being this day, O God, and that of all Keepers of the Flame, accrue to the causal body the momentum and the mantle of our beloved El Morya for his God-victory and his being able to play once again with his chelas and no longer be benched. We call for cosmic dispensations and the intercession of divine mercy as we, as we give our mercy to God by giving our service to our beloved El Morya.

I AM God’s Will perfect beyond compare,

Messenger’s Blessing of Love Offering:

Beloved Alpha and Omega, we raise the crystal chalice of the white ﬁre and the blue ﬂame as the chalice of our soul. May our soul be this chalice for our beloved El Morya, ﬁlled to the brim with violet ﬂame, blue lightning of the Mind of God, blue-ﬂame will and Morya’s Diamond Heart.

Consecrate us, O beloved El Morya, O beloved Mother Mary, to be the embodiment of the Diamond Heart of God’s will. And by thy Diamond Heart, ﬁrm in our resolve, never a backward step, we move upward and onward, encouraged by thy love, by thy presence, by thy heart so dear.

O diamond of El Morya, O diamond of Self, be thou made one that all that we are might be now all that thou art and for thy victory. O Lord of the First
Ray, we stay. We stay with thee and by the right hand of the Cosmic Virgin and of Almighty God, we stay the hand of the seed of the wicked and the darkness and the dark ones, according to God’s holy will.

We stand and still stand and take our stand, O God. In the name of the living witness we declare it, in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit and the Divine Mother.

Therefore, O beloved Jesus, multiply the loaves and ﬁshes by the power of Alpha and Omega. Multiply our hearts’ love offering in this our gift and in the gift of self daily that by thy multiplication, thou one with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, three jewels now of Guru, sangha, dharma might be made one in our hearts for El Morya’s victory on earth as in heaven.

O Morya, we love you. O thou Chohan of Power, we love you. In the fullness of thy God Flame, we are grateful and we thank thee, Amen.

Benediction

I remember well when Mark prepared the Sacred Ritual, and I asked El Morya to give the benediction for it and he gave this in a dictation that he delivered. These are El Morya’s sweet words and his profound prayer.

O thou Essence of God-Good, thou wondrous Holy Will which I AM, gird now the planet round with thy radiance and seal each heart in its God-design, until there is fulﬁlled in the temple of man’s being the sacred unfoldment of all that is recorded there by ﬁngers of living ﬁre.

As the law of God was written and engraven upon stone and handed to Moses, so we say now, O thou Holy One, engrave thy laws upon the hearts and minds of men and let them feel the pressure both of thy offering and of their acceptance of that holy offering.

I call now to the entire Darjeeling Council assembled to bring mankind to a rapt attention whereby there is created within them the recognition of the mighty tide of light that pours forth from their own heart center:

Make them aware in their extremities of that which is within; make them aware of the Eternal Presence anchored there; make them aware of the Eternal Presence anchored everywhere within the universal consciousness; make them aware that no thing exists outside of the great circle of thy hallowed being.

For thou art All and in all, and in thee there is no room for darkness, discord, or despair. In thee is the all-expansive, all-pervading supreme glory which comes forth from the sun and is the power to light man’s way to the end of the day of his own individualized perfection.

Hallowed, then, are these hearts and heart chalices. Hallowed, then, these grail presences. Make of these the holy Knights of the Table Round, those who shall commune in such purity as to be worthy of thy love.

Our Father in heaven, we thank thee. We consecrate these souls in Saint Germain’s name to the holy Brotherhood of Light. We say, seal them in the mighty ﬂames of God. Let them be kept within the hollow of his hand and abide there forever.

With the sign of the heart, the head and the hand, the Brotherhood Eternal conveys to you the Presence of God throughout each day to come.

Comments on El Morya’s Dictation

When I asked El Morya how many times we should give the call to the will of God, he said the number is in the decree number, just add the numbers up. So you get three and one makes four and add the zero and it’s forty. Forty brings you to the four o’clock line on the Clock, ready to enter God-victoriously the ﬁve and the eleven axis for that tremendous, momentous victory that we are surely challenged in this hour to take.

I cannot leave this meeting without picking up the gauntlet of Morya’s remark, “Oh, for a seven-day vigil!” So this is my proposal to the entire ﬁeld of this movement, who shall, I trust, hear this by tree tomorrow. I would like to start this vigil this coming Friday with a committee of four hundred whereby we might have in this Court for the twelve days beginning Friday, giving us two weekends and giving Morya–it’s ten days I believe, is it? Twelve, eight, ten, ten days, three days more than he asked for. And I’d like to see this in rotation and in shifts, if we can have that many people here. And the wondrous and ideal time for this vigil is from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. And that being eighteen hours, I believe, gives us eight and one is the power of nine, gives us our victory on those lines of the Clock, and we are twice on the 5:00 line in that period.

And I trust that this thrust which shall be for the purpose of giving to Morya all of our hearts and our causal bodies and our momentum will be for the protection of our efforts, very physical at this time, in preparation as our survival effort, as all Keepers of the Flame must be diligent and aware of, for the protection of the activity from all attempted inroads, for the exorcism of our own dweller on the threshold that makes us vulnerable to the planetary karma and to the attacks of the power elite, et cetera.

I would like to take during this period each of the dictations of the conference and their dispensations and spend fervent hours on each dictation and all of the dispensations therein so that we have made that acceptable thrust in calling for those dispensations. As Morya said, we have the dispensations now and we can make use of them.

It is not possible for the full staff to be present at this vigil. This vigil will have to be maintained primarily by Keepers of the Flame from around the world and neighboring parts. But I am certain that our staff will put in every extra moment they have in desiring to be here.

I would like to be here in the midst of this to make the ultimate calls for the victory of every Keeper of the Flame from now till the year 2001 in every way. I would like to see it as an opportunity taken by each one of us for those areas of lack that we may ﬁnd within ourselves or of lapse that we
may have allowed ourselves to get in, in some mode or form or another–whether the decree momentum or the daily service or whatever we know in the inner recesses of our soul’s striving–and to come with a sense of penance as well as a sense of victory, that we can swiftly put behind us any such letting down of our chief and also turn the tide of the ICCC and the attempts of local people, environmentalists and so forth, to move against our EIS and all that commentary and conclusion that is to be reached very shortly.

So, we deal with major challenges to our physical purposes at this property at this time, challenges which we have to meet and overcome. We cannot simply allow any force known or unknown to take from us our right to use this property for the purposes to which it was dedicated.

I think this will give a tremendous impetus to Keepers of the Flame striving and moving toward their goals at Glastonbury, and I think it can be a tremendous release of light and impetus for completion in 1989.

So, this is my proposal, and I can assure you that whenever there are four hundred people present, I wish to be here to make the calls for personal and planetary clearance for all present and for the planetary body. And I truly desire in my heart to give all that I am able to give in this octave to assist
the Keepers of the Flame and the Hierarchy, the planet and this organization, in that, that absolute moment of coming into alignment with the will of God and especially those Lightbearers who are so in a state of dalliance in their response to the will of God.
So, I look forward with joy to this period, and I hope that you will be able to ﬁnd time to be here.

Who is El Morya?

El Morya is the chohan of the first ray and chief of the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood. El Morya represents the godly attributes of courage, certainty, power, forthrightness, self-reliance, dependability, faith and initiative. These are the qualities of the Father principle—the statesman, the executive, the ruler.

The Master Morya was embodied as Abraham, the first Hebrew patriarch; Melchior, one of the three wise men; King Arthur, guru of the mystery school at Camelot; Thomas Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury; St. Sergius, founder of over 40 monasteries in Russia and one of the Russian Orthodox Church’s most highly venerated saints; Sir Thomas More, the “man for all seasons”; Akbar the Great, founder of the Mogul empire in India and the greatest of its rulers; and Thomas Moore, the Irish poet laureate.

El Morya ascended in about 1898 after his work with the Master K.H. in founding the Theosophical Society. El Morya has served tirelessly with Saint Germain in the cause of world and individual freedom, training public servants to externalize the will of God through God-government on earth.
